When the Studio Emma Roux team envisioned Monsieur Maillot, their intention was clear: to reinterpret the warm spirit of the great traditional French bistros in a fresh, more contemporary way. Enamelled steel was an obvious choice, as a material deeply rooted in bistro heritage. But they gave it a new twist with generous oak strapping, adding warmth and rich natural tones to the tabletops.
