General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) wishing to make a purchase on the website www.ardamez.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) and the company Ardamez, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €42,751, registered office located at 19 rue François Dupas, 44390 Nort-sur Erdre, France, registered with the Nantes Trade and Companies Register under number 538 407 305 (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

Subject

These GTC aim to define the rights and obligations of the Company and the Customer regarding the sale of tables on the Site.

Products

The products sold by the Company are tables manufactured in France. The descriptions, features, and photographs of the products on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractual. The essential features of the products are described and presented as accurately as possible.

Orders

The Customer can place an order on the Site by selecting the desired products and following the indicated ordering process. The order will only be considered final upon payment validation by the Company.

Prices

The prices of the products are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding delivery charges. The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order validation.

If one or more taxes or contributions, including environmental ones, were to be created or modified, whether increasing or decreasing, this change may be reflected in the selling price of the products on the website and various sales media. However, a price cannot be modified once your order is validated. Nevertheless, in the event of a pricing error (a price that is clearly derisory compared to the actual value of the product), the validated order may be canceled by the Company. This measure remains exceptional.

Payment

Payment for products is made online at the time of order placement, using the following payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method accepted by the Company. The Customer guarantees to the Company that they have any necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.

Delivery

Products can be delivered in France and Europe. For deliveries to other countries, please contact the Company to obtain a personalized quote. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes and may vary depending on logistical constraints and product availability.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. During this period, you can return undamaged products without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. In case of received damaged products, the procedure of Article 7.3 will apply. However, the right of withdrawal applies only to tables available in stock. Custom orders cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal.

After-Sales Service

All products for sale on the website are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-1 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code), allowing you to return defective or non-compliant delivered products

Intellectual property

All elements of the Site, such as text, photographs, videos, logos and trademarks, are the exclusive property of the Company or its partners. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of these elements is prohibited.

Dispute settlement procedures

The General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. The competent court in the event of a dispute is the court of Nantes.

The website complies with French law and Ardamez does not guarantee compliance with any local legislation that may apply to you when you access the website from other countries.
