Moored on the banks of the Seine, Polpo embraces a lively, sea-inspired atmosphere designed by Adjamée studio. Shells, coral, marine murals and lush greenery create an immersive setting, where shades of green and turquoise flow from the ceiling down to the tables.

The Tradition enamelled steel tables come in turquoise, pale green and pine green, while the Haussmann tables evoke the marbled patterns of the seabed, enhanced with brass detailing. In the main dining room, oak tabletops from our Vendôme collection bring warmth to the space. Available in round or square formats, they rest on cast-iron bases and feature a bespoke central fitting designed to hold a raised stand for serving seafood platters.
